I don't know why grocery stores in our area have stopped stocking this item. We make an excellent chicken & broccoli recipe with this sauce. We mix the spicy Szechuan with the milder Classic sauce to our taste. We can still find the Classic in stores. We have used this product for years and are very satisfied and happy to find a place to buy it.
