Hi. I've been using this for a month and I can't say it's helping my moodiness or hot flashes. Maybe nothing will over the counter I hoped I could find something and I googled best menopause meds and this came up I jumped I was feeling desperate. Between this pill and black cohosh and evening primrose and progesterone cream I'm still having all my symptoms. ?I'm seeing dr soon just gonna get on hormones. Maybe if your premenopause early stages it would help. If anyone knows what relieves feeling like you have a constant uti but you don't it's a meno symptom please let me know.
