So let me be the first to say being healthy isn’t always accompanied by the greatest flavors or feelings. Sometimes it’s not gumdrops and lollipops. I do believe this product is FABULOUS to help build and preserve muscle. That being said, I would HIGHLY recommend mixing with OJ. The first time I drank it, it almost came right back up. When I’m taking it though, it does make me feel better. I take with vitamin D supplements. I’m 44, and trying to gain a little more muscle mass, so I’m going to stick it out for sure. It was a great value for the price I do believe, as well.
