Of all the brands of mustard readily available in the supermarket Koops is definitely my favorite. And when it comes to something spicy but not so hot as their Arizona Heat mustard, I reach for their horseradish mustard. I love the overall strong, pungent taste that allows the flavor of horseradish to come through without losing the pleasant taste of mustard. This horseradish mustard is the ideal condiment to put on bratwurst or other spicy sausage. It's strong enough that it doesn't get overwhelmed by the sausage itself while not being so overpowering as to call attention to itself.
