I bought this to put in a planter box I made because it said soft rubber. This is nothing more than a sheet of Visqueen I could have got anywhere. It came tightly wrapped in packing tape direct from China (google translate original shipping label), then retaped again in a bright orange tape with a US shipping label. They spared no tape and left nothing uncovered. Can't complain about the secureness of the packing other than it was folded over as much as possible to make it as small as possible, which probably explains the 42 pounds of tape.
